Subscription refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once digital access has been provided, unless a refund is required by law or FalconJA approves an exception after review.

Digital delivery

Digital products, downloads, account credentials, software activation, SaaS access, and completed service delivery are generally non-refundable once provided.

When a refund may apply

  • FalconJA cannot provide the purchased digital product or service.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • An unauthorized charge is reported promptly and verified during review.
  • A material billing or access issue cannot be resolved by FalconJA support.
  • A refund is required by applicable law.

Refund approval is not guaranteed unless legally required.

Custom services

Custom software deposits, milestone payments, and completed development work may be non-refundable once work has started, unless a written agreement says otherwise or FalconJA cannot provide the agreed service.

Trading and racing tools

Refunds are not provided because a trading or racing decision did not produce a desired result. FalconJA tools are for analysis, journaling, workflow support, and review. They do not guarantee profits, winnings, or financial outcomes.

How to request review

Email admin@falconja.com with your name, purchase date, service purchased, account email, payment reference if available, and the reason for the request. FalconJA usually reviews refund requests within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the needed information.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly to admin@falconja.com so FalconJA can review the transaction and coordinate with the payment provider where appropriate.

FJAM and cryptocurrency refunds

FJAM and supported TRC-20 USDT payments are TRON Mainnet blockchain transactions. Users are responsible for sending the correct invoice token on the correct network to the active FalconJA invoice wallet. Sending an incorrect token or using an incorrect network may cause permanent loss.

Where FalconJA approves a cryptocurrency refund, the refund is handled under this policy and may not equal the original fiat value because token prices may fluctuate and network costs may apply. FJAM is intended as a FalconJA utility token and is not offered with any guaranteed profit or price increase.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the active cancellation procedure. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for time already used or digital access already provided.
