Available methods
Card checkout, where displayed, is hosted by TagadaPay. FalconJA does not collect complete card numbers in its own checkout. NOWPayments cryptocurrency checkout is offered only when that provider is enabled. Bank checkout is not currently available on FalconJA; connecting a bank account through Plaid alone would not make a payment.
The method, price, currency, and billing period shown at checkout govern your order. A method may be unavailable based on provider configuration or location.
Order confirmation
Creating an invoice or returning to FalconJA from a payment page does not prove payment. We activate access after our server verifies a completed provider payment or, for a supported blockchain invoice, the required transaction data.
Cryptocurrency payments
Use only the exact asset, network, amount, and address shown on the active payment. Network confirmations and provider processing may take time. Cryptocurrency transfers can be irreversible; sending to a wrong address or on a wrong network may result in loss.
Underpayments do not automatically unlock access. Contact support with your order and provider reference for a review. Overpayments and wrong-asset deposits also require review; recovery is not guaranteed and provider or network fees may apply. Any approved refund follows the Refund Policy and the provider's available refund process. Exchange rates and network fees can change the amount returned.
