Information collected
FalconJA may collect information you submit through forms, email, phone, live chat, or software support requests. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, service selection, and support notes.
Account, contact, and payment information
For digital products or subscriptions, FalconJA may process account identifiers, subscription status, plan selection, support history, and transaction references. Payment information is processed by our payment provider. FalconJA does not directly store complete payment-card details.
Where NOWPayments is enabled, FalconJA stores the order amount, selected cryptocurrency and network, provider payment ID, address, status, and related account reference to reconcile payments. Where bank connection becomes available, the applicable bank connection notice will identify the data and provider used before activation. Bank login credentials should be entered only in the provider's official connection flow, never in a FalconJA form.
If you enable MFA, FalconJA stores an encrypted authenticator secret and hashed recovery codes. Authenticator codes and recovery codes are not retained in plaintext after verification.
How information is used
- To respond to project requests and customer support questions.
- To deliver purchased digital software or SaaS access.
- To manage invoices, service records, and business communication.
- To improve website content, software workflows, and customer support.
Third-party services
The website may use third-party tools for forms, analytics, cookies, live chat, payment processing, hosting, and email delivery. Those providers may process information according to their own policies. Advertising scripts are not loaded on checkout, login, register, or account pages.
Card payments are processed by PayPal. Cryptocurrency checkout uses NOWPayments when that option is enabled. Older TagadaPay charges are no longer offered. Plaid bank connection is planned but unavailable in FalconJA checkout until the permitted product and payment rail are confirmed. Provider availability can change, and each provider may maintain its own privacy notice.
Cookies, analytics, and support communications
FalconJA may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, understand page usage, and provide live chat. Support communications may be retained so FalconJA can respond to requests and maintain service records.
Data protection
FalconJA uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so customers should avoid sending sensitive secrets through general contact forms.
Data retention
FalconJA keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for support, customer records, legal, accounting, security, or business purposes.
Payment and audit records may be retained for reconciliation, fraud investigation, and legal or accounting obligations. Deletion requests are assessed against those obligations; FalconJA does not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained.
Your choices
You may contact FalconJA to request a correction, deletion, or review of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be kept for business, legal, accounting, or security reasons.
